We are pleased to announce that the "Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial" has decided to grant the patent "System and method of Natural Language communication between a User and an Artificial Intelligence Assistant" to NDS Cognitive Labs.

A patent or a registration is a privilege that confers an exclusive right of exploitation granted by the State, that is to say by the Mexican Government, through the Federal Public Administration, by means of the "Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial" to the Person who makes an invention.

A patent protects our invention throughout the country for 20 years.

Through the patent granted by the "Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial" you obtain the right of exploitation, production, exclusive use or through a third party under license of your invention.

In 2018, Nearshore Delivery Solutions applied to the "Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial" for a Patent to protect the "System and method of Natural Language communication between a User and an Artificial Intelligence Assistant" which generally protects the following:

A system and method that provides a natural language communication between a user and an artificial intelligence assistant, in wherein a text dialogue is initiated in a virtual environment between a user who initiates a first natural language communication with an artificial intelligence assistant, and in response to the first communication, the user receives a response from the assistant, from a word data analysis process that analyzes the structure of the word data from the first communication and generates a specific response from historical learning data.

Nos complace anunciar que el Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial ha decidido otorgar la patente "Sistema y método de comunicación de Lenguaje Natural entre un Usuario y un Asistente de Inteligencia Artificial" a NDS Cognitive Labs.

En el año 2018, Nearshore Delivery Solutions solicitó ante el Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial la Patente para proteger el "Sistema y método de comunicación de Lenguaje Natural entre un Usuario y un Asistente de Inteligencia Artificial" que a grandes rasgos protege lo siguiente:

Un sistema y método que provee una comunicación de lenguaje natural entre un usuario y un asistente de inteligencia artificial, en. donde se inicia un diálogo en texto en un entorno virtual entre un usuario que inicia una primera comunicación en lenguaje natural con un asistente de inteligencia artificial, y en respuesta a la primera comunicación, el usuario recibe una respuesta por parte del asistente, a partir de un proceso de análisis de datos de palabras que analiza la estructura de los datos de palabras de la primera comunicación y genera una respuesta específica a partir de datos históricas de aprendizaje.
